Bob has lived in North Carolina with his family since 1979. He's a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Charlotte and the West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Brown has practiced in Charlotte and has helped the injured workers of North Carolina get their workers compensation benefits since 1992. He's been a member of the North Carolina Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Western District of North Carolina.

Bob helps injured workers through all phases of the workers compensation process, from getting their claim established, to helping them get all the benefits they're entitled to, through settlement, and at Mediation. When a case requires it, he handles trials and appeals. Bob has handled a variety of severe injury claims, including back injuries, amputation injuries and complex occupational disease claims. His priority is to obtain the absolute best result for his clients, and to provide necessary guidance through all phases of his client's claim.
